1. Payment We accept

2. Terms of reservation

Check in: from 3 p.m.
Check out: until 11 a.m.

Cancellation terms/Prepayment

All bookings cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, will not be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show 100% of the first night will be charged.

Children

Children under 4 years old, sleeping with parents or in own bed with own sheets are welcome for free.

Extra bed for the child is 20 PLN per day.

Extra bed for a child over 4 years old is 40 PLN per day.

If you need and extra bed for the child please contact the reception.

Animals

Animals are allowed, the cost is 40 PLN per day.

3.Reservation status

You can check the status of your reservation using the link which you will find in the email confirming your booking.
According to the personal data policy and protection, we present only general information, without the personal details.

Parking

Parking for our Guests is dedicated only for cars  and costs 30 pln per day. The places are located in front of the hotel. If you wish to use our parking, you need to print your booking confirmation which allows you to enter Piotrkowska street. Please have the booking conrmation from the hotel with you and show it to the city guard in case of control. In case of any questions please contact the reception.

ATTENTION: the number of parking space is limited, we do not reserve the parking places. To confirm the availability please contact the reception phone: 0048 880 222 100 10 minutes before the arrival. Parking places that belong to the hotel are marked with Stare Kino board.

If the parking is full you can use the private parking on Nawrot 3/5 street, located 150 m/2 minutes walk from us.
