Dear Guests,
In order to assure the safest environment for our Guest and offer the best quality of the stay we implemented a wide variety of precautions to improve Guest and employee health and safety, which meet the recommendations released by the Government on 28.04.2020 r.
We are a cosy hotel with only 51 rooms located in three different parts of the builing, in each corridor wing there are only 3 rooms, therefore our Guests can maintain safe distancing from one another. Though we are located by Piotrkowska Street, the hotel itself is inside the yard, which is protected by the gate, so unauthorized individuals are not allowed to enter it.
To assure the highest safety of our Guests we prepared complementary individual safety kits containing a disposable mask and disposable gloves which you can collect from our Reception.
- our common areas and conference rooms are equipped with UV-C devices which sterilize and disinfect the air and surfaces, neutralising all kinds of viruses and bacteria. This method can be used with people inside the room and it is entirely safe for human beings;
- we disinfect all the spaces few times a day with certified disinfectants. We pay special attention to sterilizing the rooms and equippment like handles, handrails, light switches, keyboards, phones, tables, chairs etc.
- on each floor, by the toilets and in the common areas we provide hand sanitizers, disposable gloves and disposable masks
- in the public toilets we replaced regular soap with antibacterial soap and we equipped them with the instructions how to wash and disinfect the hands properly;
- we ventilate and ozonate our common areas, toilets, rooms and conference rooms on a regular basic.
- members of our staff are equipped with gloves and masks for the mutual safety and comfort;
- our front desk and wainting corner are equipped with a special partition to provide an extra level of precaution;
- we encourage our Guests to pay via safe payment links, so that the payment can be done without contacting our front desk;
- keyboards of our terminals are protected with a special foil to simplify disinfection;
- keys to our rooms are being disinfected before handling them to Guest;
- we recommend to use e-invoicing;
- we use signage which remind to maintain social distancing protocols;
- we regularly monitor the health condition of the members of our team, each employee has been trained and instructed how to provide the highest quality of prevention and hygiene;
SAFE DISTANCE
- we limitate the number of people that can use our restaurant or conference room at the same time;
- we use rotation system in our restaurant during the meals and rotation of the hours of group meals
- Guests are kindly asked to disinfect hands before entering the restaurant, we also provide disposable masks and gloves;
- members of our staff are equipped with gloves and masks for the mutual safety and comfort;
- tables, chair, menus etc. are being disinfected after every use;
- we use rotation system in our restaurant during the meals and rotation of the hours of group meals.
